Memo: Latex condom without spermicide still has damaging effect on sperm even after rinsing. It was reported in our country that sperms collected by latex condom were placed at room temperature for one hour and the motility and vitality of sperms went down compared to the sperms filled in ordinary glass cup. Therefore, latex condom is used for contraception but not for the seminal collection device.
Toxicity test of condom: Collect fresh semen by masturbation and divide it into two parts, one in clean glass cup and the other in MaleFree
TM. The sperm vitality was evaluated by placing them at room temperature for 4 hours. There was no significant difference between the sperms collected either by the glass cup or MaleFree
